1. Definition and object of the contract
1.1 - This agreement ("Agreement") is a distance contract. The Contract for the sale of goods between Cardnology srl., headquartered in Sasso Marconi Via Maranina, 24/1, P.IVA 02619911205 ("Cardnology") and the customer ("Customer").
The Contract is entered directly through the accettazzione by Cardnology of a purchase proposal issued by the customer by telephone or via the Internet, following the invitation to offer content, www.mcoservice.it web site ("Site ") and / or through other means of distance selling of Cardnology, on the basis of the procedures described in Article 3.
Cardnology, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, does not in any way be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from late or non delivery of the product. 3. Warranty and Technical Support

5. Purchase and payment
5.1 - The Contract is concluded by telephone through the communication to the customer (who has Cardnology contacted by phone and delivered on that occasion, a proposal to purchase and also provides the data necessary for the registration procedures of their data, purchase order and mode of payment) that the proposal is accepted.

5.3 - The customer will be allowed to choose one of the following methods of payment: (a) bank transfer, (b) cash or (c) through any other means of payment from time to time as indicated by Cardnology valid through broadcasts on the Site .
5.4 - It 'requires a minimum purchase of 20.00 (twenty) euros excluding VAT and shipping to your order.
6. Right of withdrawal
If the customer for any reason not satisfied with the purchases, will be entitled to terminate the contract without penalty and without making known the reason, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods. Within the period of 10 (ten) days, the customer must return all goods purchased in Cardnology intact in their original packaging including accessories, manuals and media archiviazone data (such as cd-rom, dvd, pendrive, etc.) provided without any lack . 7. Returning goods
Cardnology accept return of the materials provided only by RMA. Requests must be received by fax at 051.6426021 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org giving reasons and indicating the number of purchase invoice / DDT. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts and packaging must be such as not allowing the material to be damaged during transport. The goods must be sent to MCO in Porto Franco reporting on the shipping document and on the outer return authorization number.Product shipments of the above requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer freight collect.
The Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the application, implementation, and breach of contract will be before the court in which the Cardnology's residence or domicile
